風土：Minervois早在羅馬時代就是優質的葡萄酒產區，面朝南部地中海的山坡，富含石灰岩、砂岩及部分的黏土泥灰岩，擁有充足的日照，及穩定的氣候條件，即便到收穫期，夜間的溫度平均約為17度，明顯的溫差，幫助葡萄保留南法先天的葡萄成熟度之外，更保有難得的酸度。
