You can't Special Summon any more Monsters after using its effect, however, you won't need to as it's generally the last thing you do on your turn

At any point of the duel if this card is special summoned to your side of the field while you control atleast one "fairytale" card you can pay 1000 life points to special summon the monster that was equiped with this card form the graveyard or banished zone to your side of the field and equip this card to it, every time this happens that monster gains 200 extra attack points
